Pegasus Service & Helpdesk Seminars

Following successful seminars in 2009 we will be repeating our Service & Helpdesk software seminars on Wednesday 16th and Tuesday 29th June and at our offices in Scunthorpe and Houghton-Le-Spring
respectively.

Pegasus Service & Helpdesk software will be on display and is a great fit for businesses that manage contracts and service jobs involving work being carried out away from the office. With the Service & Helpdesk software from Pegasus all of the details of these contracts and jobs can be recorded and managed combined with the use of PDAs and TomTom Work. The PDAs allow for details of jobs and timesheets to be recorded by service engineers and the integration with TomTom Work allows for the activity of vehicles to be tracked as well as giving the ability for destinations to be sent directly the to the satellite navigation system in the service vehicle from the office.

The software has already helped many businesses to maximise the profitability of every contract and helped to improve the time management of engineers and their vehicles.

The seminar itself will include a working demonstration of the software and will also look at additional modules of the software which can help to save money within any business.

The seminar in Scunthorpe will be begin at 9.30am on Wednesday 16th June at HBP Systems Ltd, Woodhouse Road, Scunthorpe, DN16 1BD and is due to end at approximately midday.

The seminar in Houghton-Le-Spring will also begin at 9.30am and end at midday on Tuesday 29th June at HBP Monpellier Ltd, e-Volve Business Centre, Cygnet Way, Rainton Bridge, South Business Park, Tyne & Wear, DH4 5QY.
