Pegasus Opera II Personnel – Do you have it but not use it?

Do you have the Personnel module for Pegasus Opera II? If you do and you do not use it, you should know that it’s an excellent module that allows you to manage your employee data easily. You’re able to manage everything from recruitment, retention and training to disciplinary actions, leave, sickness, and job changes and because it links directly to the Opera II Payroll module it can update salaries dynamically based on this information.

Additionally, you can even store information such as contracts of employment, expenses and benefit information and much more so you are aware of each individual employee’s situation.
