What does your role at HBP Systems Ltd involve?

Being the second point of contact for customers and making sure that all customers get a quick response with each job they log.

What did you do before you worked for HBP?

I was part of a multitasked group of people of a smaller IT company, we basically did whatever the company needed done from on-site / phone support to accounts work.

What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?

I play on-line computer games and am a gamer at heart; though I do enjoy going out in to the sun at times and taking a look at the world. A video game and curry with friends is a good night to me.
