In short, Digital Phone Systems link in with your existing IT network which helps with the management, organisation and usability of your phone system. It allows users to easily manage and transfer calls, manage voicemails (including having voicemails emailed to them/their mobile) and makes internal communications simple.

Furthermore, if you have multiple offices or home workers the system can be linked together so that calls can be easily transferred between these locations at no cost because everything internal is routed through your existing network connection.

An Avaya Telephone System call also be used to manage your reception calls through an intuitive call management system or through an automated call routing system, allowing for a ‘virtual’ reception.
