KCPOS Version 2.19.04 Released!

KCPOS Version 2.19.04 was released this month and provides a host of new features to the electronic point of sale system. Further enhancements and improvements have been made to the menu manager and to transaction posting into your accounts package and the KCPOS link.

The key features of the new version are:

• The ability for trade counter businesses to create customers and set credit limits at the point of sale
• The ability to set customers as cash only, to prevent credit being given without credit clearance being done
• The option to show the current sale count on the till screen for security and customer service for wholesales or businesses selling large basket quantities
• The option to automatically create a stock item or transfer a dump code if a barcode is not found when it is scanned at the till
• The ability to capture cheque details and banking details with tendering sales
• The sale messages taken against product lines can be transferred in the invoice/ order to the accounts package
• The option to display the table name in place of the food/ bar buttons during a hospitality sale helping the operator to identify they are adding to the correct bill
• Enhancement to remote printing for bars and restaurant allowing you to send single items to multiple printers
